A bunch of smaller jobs that doesnt really fit into the other posts.
Alternator bracket and tensioner. I’m reusing the stock 850 alternator despite it being quite large and heavy but I had it (no extra cost), I know it works.
The tensioner is just two rose joints and a steel tube with a left and right hand thread.
Special wood tool # 734.
Making small curve in this rolled piece of alu.
That turns it into a steering wheel cover plate.
The rool hoops was nickel plated. I didnt want to go with chrome as that is a bit too “cold” a look, the nickel is slightly more yellow and suits the aluminium body better.
Made a small vent on the exhaust side of the engine to evacuate hot air.
